Fashrest

From 'fashion' (as in 'fashion police') and 'arrest'.

A 'citizen's fashrest' refers to the need express distaste at an individual committing a recognised crime against fashion, E.G. wearing a cross-back top with a regular strappy bra, a winter scarf with a sundress, two different busy prints at the same time, or pink and red together.
